Welcome to the Digital Narrative Knowledge Base

The Digital Narrative Knowledge Base (DNKB) is the main public interface for searching and browsing the archive. This MediaWiki/Wikibase site is the editorial and data layer behind that interface. It stores structured records, narrative pages, and the relationships between works, people, categories, and other entities.

READ THIS FIRST

Most readers should use the DNKB frontend rather than this backend interface. This wiki exists primarily for editing, administration, and direct access to the underlying Wikibase and narrative pages. Visit the DNKB here:

For editors and staff

If you have editing access, the DNKB frontend is usually the best place for day-to-day work:

Please search before creating new records, and follow the DNKB ontology and property conventions when adding or editing data.
