Heldén explores the map's possibilities for literary navigation with a work that connects texts to places on the aeroplane-like map displayed to the reader. By clicking on "hotspots" in the image a text is displayed to the left. Geography and a feeling of place exudes through the texts that build up a claustrophobic text where open spaces become a threat. The neutral map coordinates and times that you normally navigate by yield highly personal narratives, perhaps about soldiers' experience of war.
